This form of self-care naturally releases stress-reducing hormones, heightens our mood elevators and activates the problem-solving and creative centers of our brain.   
When you're running on empty, feeling drained and overwhelmed it's almost impossible to be your best self or produce your best work. As women our female bodies thrive and heal when we give ourselves time to unwind, feel, be soft, fluid, and free. This 90-minute movement class is designed to be medicine for a woman's body and soul. Through simple movements, gentle stretches and free form expression you'll be guided to listen to what your body needs as you feel, sense and intuit your way to bliss.

With simple practices to use at home or at the office learn how to: 
  • Relax your mind and diffuse anxiety
  • Listen to where you hold the most tension and let it go
  • Unwind and shift your body into healing mode
  • Use breath and movement to energize you and get you out of a funk
  • Trust yourself and develop your intuitive instincts
  • Unleash your creative juices and self confidence
